Shipping Policy

USA Shipping:

  • “Standard” Shipping with a Tracking Number is free on orders valued at $30 and more.
  • Our warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays) in the order they are received. All American orders have a handling time of 1-2 business days.
  • Ship times may vary due to location, weather, and postal delays outside Farm to Fluffy’s control.

Tracking Your Order

  • Please submit your shipping information in English, excluding any special characters, and carefully review your information before placing your order.
  • All shipments will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes the courier in use and may also include the tracking number (depending on the shipping service level selected).
  • The tracking information provided by the postal carrier serves as absolute proof of delivery. A package shown as « Delivered » cannot be subject to a claim. In the case of a missing package with a tracking stating Delivered, the customer is advised to check their mailbox or front desk or contact their nearest post office. Unfortunately, we cannot help locate a package that is shown as delivered.
  • We are not liable or responsible for loss incurred by the carrier or upon delivery. Because most packages include tracking, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for lost packages. Inquiries about compensation for lost, stolen, or damaged packages should be directed to your selected postal carrier.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempted

  • Items that fail to deliver and DO NOT RETURN to our warehouse will be the customer’s responsibility if the initial delivery was unsuccessful because of the following reasons:
    • Incomplete, insufficient, or incorrect address
    • Delivery attempted, addressee not known at place of address
    • Mail unclaimed from local post office
    • Mail refused by the addressee
    • Refused
  • In any of the above scenarios, Farm to Fluffy is not obligated to issue:
    • a refund
    • a free replacement package
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Re-shipping & Handling Fee

  • Items that fail to be delivered and DO RETURN to Farm to Fluffy will be subjected to a “Re-shipping & Handling fee” as outlined in the chart below.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • The customer will be responsible for the Re-shipping & Handling fee if the initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful for the following reasons:
    • Incomplete, insufficient, or incorrect address
    • Delivery attempted, addressee not known at place of address
    • Mail unclaimed from local post office
    • Mail refused by the addressee
    • Refused
