We stand by our products and want to ensure that every member of our community has the best experience possible. If we cannot make it right, we will honor our 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that returns will not be accepted on purchases with more than 2 quantities of the same product or purchases made from a third-party seller.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.


  • We do not accept returns of food items. We suggest that you dispose of it or donate it to another dog.
  • To start a return for toys and accessories, contact us at or via the Contact Us form on our website to connect with our team. We will work with you to provide a return shipping address and instructions on how and where to send your items. Only items returned with a return request completed in advance will be accepted. The refunded amount will only include the actual purchase price of the item, per the order details.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any shipping or tax-related charges. 
  • We cannot accept clearance, promotional, or gift card returns. You can always contact us at with any return questions.


  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded if approved using your original payment method within 10 business days. 
  • Please remember it can also take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at
